Staff, parking concierge, were very courteous and the place was very clean.
This hotel has everything that is required for the Business and Leisure Travelers. The Staff and services were excellent.

Had to ask for extra towels; room needs extra blanket.
Ample parking. Great location. Very clean. Upgraded to a room with a balcony. Staff is friendly, not aloof at all. Would have liked QVC on cable.
